Question 1

What is school program directory software?

Accepted Answer

A searchable, parent-facing catalog of every program a district offers — magnet programs, CTE pathways, dual-language, gifted, and special programs — with who's eligible and how to apply. Each program links to the schools that offer it.

Question 2

How is this different from PDFs and individual school pages?

Accepted Answer

Program information scattered across PDFs and school pages is invisible to the parents who would choose those programs. A directory puts every offering in one accessible, searchable place that's always current, because it reads from the same source of truth as the rest of the suite.

Question 3

Is ProgramDirectory accessible?

Accepted Answer

Like the rest of the DistrictMapper suite, ProgramDirectory is built to a WCAG 2.2 AA target and embeds on your existing website in one line. Our accessibility statement describes how we test, and we can share current testing notes and known limitations for your review.
